Cancellation and Refund Policy

The management of BSporty makes sure that we are committed and responsible to our customers and we expect the same in return. Booking/reservation initiates action on our part such as ground preparation, delivery of facilities, sports equipment, maintenance activities and various other services. User cancellation causes us inconvenience and loss.

However, cancellations are accepted on the following conditions:

• A 20% cancellation fee is applicable to users who cancel bookings up to 24 hours before scheduled play time.
• A 50% cancellation fee is applicable to users who cancel bookings on the scheduled day of play.
• 50% cancellation fee is applicable to users who do not show up on the scheduled day.
• In case play is called off due to unavoidable weather conditions, a 50% charge will be applicable.
